Yvonne Flipse

 Expression is a human emotion.

Yvonne loves expressing her thoughts through her figures.

She has worked professionally since 1977.

All her life she has been creative and continued to develop her skills.

She started making figures with bread dough, flowers, dolls and humoristic mice.

Yvonne's preferred medium is Paper-clay which she started using about 20 years ago.

This clay allows her to achieve the natural forms  and thus she is able to

express more which can be seen in her awesome standing figures, nude figures, fairies

and fantasy figures.

Yvonne experiences moments of total fulfillment in which she forgets time and

things seem effortless. Her motivation and inspiration is in everything she does and

touches others as well, being present in her figures and also when she teaches.

Each doll is a dream, each one has a background, symbols and longing.

Yvonne's dolls convey intense feelings and reflect her own spirituality.

From the Netherlands to Japan, Russia, Ukraine,  Europe, America, Canada, Peru and Dubai her

 work has been exhibited and her work can be found in museums all over the world.

She has won major awards for her work.

In her own words  "My work is deeply personal and from my heart.

My collectors always know they have a piece of me in their dolls."

Spiritual Dutch artist Yvonne Flipse has been a driving force behind
